One of the most common requests we have is to help a start-up company with their logo design and launch identity.
After talking through all the elements they’ll require for launch and beyond we agree a brief to work to. In this case all that was required before launch was a logo and company stationery.
What we learnt through our discovery process was then translated into new design proposals including proposed logo routes, a new tagline, a redefined colour palette and typestyles, as well as message development to show how future adverts could look as the company grows.
After the initial presentation, the client chose two routes to progress and over the next few weeks we refined the ideas. Along this process visual style and colours changed. So even though the final result is quite sober and corporate, this client had to see more adventurous designs to realise he wanted a really restrained look but it also had to show transformation, the process he leads companies through.
Business Strategy Partners (Ltd) have now been equipped with a fresh and refined identity that is scalable and adaptable across a range of applications and has put them in a good position to help them move to the next stage of their business growth.
We try and add a little something extra to the logo, as it often adds a conversation piece for the new business to exploit when instroducing themselves. In this case we incorporated the owners shiloette in the butterfly wings. To most it’ll not be noticed, but it’s a nice touch when you see it and backs up the personal mentoring, which is the core company service.
